With Authorized Access, you can designate trusted individuals to access your Business Card accounts. Let a business partner or employee pay balances, monitor account activity, view Expense Management Reports online, and perform tasks on your Card account so you can focus on your business. Whether you grant an Account Manager the ability to perform transactions on your account or give an Account Agent the right to view your account details, Authorized Access is the only way to allow you to get assistance with managing your Card account, while ensuring your account remains secure.1,2,3
An Account Manager has broad access to your Business Card account, including telephone and online access and the ability to make transactions on your behalf.
Who is a good candidate for Account Manager access?
Your Financial Manager:
Giving a financial manager access to your account allows them to take over the day-to-day management of your Business Card account.
High-level Managers:
Providing Account Manager access to partners and stakeholders allows them to pay bills and dispute transactions, as necessary.
Office Staff:
A trusted employee, like your administrative assistant, can add services and view Expense Management Reports, saving you time and effort.
An Account Agent has limited access to your Business Card account, and can check your balance and view your statement, but cannot perform transactions. This level of access makes sharing your business’s budgeting, purchasing, and order fulfillment tasks with an accountant, business investor, or office manager safe and easy, while ensuring that you remain the only one who can make changes to your account.
