You must be enrolled in the Membership Rewards program to be eligible for rewards. The annual fee for the Membership Rewards program is $40. Membership Rewards program terms and conditions apply. Some American Express Business Cards and some Corporate Cards are not eligible for enrollment.

To earn cash back, purchases must be charged to your Business Cash Rebate Card, Blue Cash® for Business Credit Card, Platinum® Business Cash Rebate Credit Card, or TrueEarningsSM Business Card from Costco and American Express. There is no limit to the amount of cash rewards you can earn. Your rebate on a specific purchase is determined by your total year to date spend as of the day the purchase is made. Rebates are calculated on a monthly basis and awarded annually. Balance transfers are not eligible for a cash rebate. To receive the rebate, your account must be active and in good standing. To earn SkyMiles, purchases must be charged to your Delta SkyMiles® Business Credit Card from American Express. All Delta SkyMiles program rules and restrictions apply.

All tax payments made with the Card are subject to a convenience fee charged by Official Payments Corporation® or Link2Gov Corporation®. Acceptance of state and local taxes varies by service provider. Complete information about fees and participating states and municipalities will be provided when you contact Official Payments Corporation® by phone or online at www.officialpayments.com/amex1.jsp, or Link2Gov Corporation® by phone or online at www.pay1040.com/OPEN.Talk with your tax advisor concerning tax deductibility of convenience fee.
