Balance transfer fee: There is no balance transfer transaction fee associated with this offer. However, future balance transfers may incur a fee as disclosed at the time of the applicable offer or transaction. Fee for Cash Advances: 3% of each transaction with $5.00 minimum and no maximum.

Your account is reviewed monthly and will be considered in default if during the Review Period (a) a payment of your Minimum Amount Due is not credited to your account by the Payment Due Date in any three or more billing periods, (b) a payment of your Minimum Amount Due is not credited to your account by the Payment Due Date in any two consecutive billing periods, (c) a payment on your Account is not honored by your bank or financial institution, or (d) you exceed any designated credit limit on your account three or more times, in each case during any portion of the 12-month period ending with the Closing Date of the current billing period ("Review Period"). If any Default APR is applied, it will apply for a minimum of 12 consecutive billing periods beginning with the current billing period (unless a higher APR is triggered). Any introductory APRs or promotional APRs will terminate if you fail to pay any Minimum Amount Due by its Payment Due Date, or upon any condition that causes a default or other penalty rate to apply to your Account, and the applicable default or penalty rate will apply. We may apply payments and credits first to your balances with lower APRs (including balances with promotional APRs) before balances with higher APRs. This will result in the lower APR balances being paid before the higher APR balances.
§The Prime Rate for each billing period is the Prime Rate published in The Wall Street Journal on the first day of that billing period or two days prior to the closing date of that billing period, whichever is higher. For either of those days that is not a customary publication day for The Wall Street Journal we will substitute the closest preceding customary publication day. Variable APRs are accurate through 12/31/2008.
**This Card has no annual fee with a paid Costco membership. There will be no fee for Additional Business Cardmembers on the account as long as they are on your current Costco membership. You must be a current Costco member in good standing.

1.TrueEarnings Business Card Cash Rebate: Rebates are awarded annually in the form of an in-store coupon redeemable for cash or merchandise at any U.S. Costco Warehouse. Each Eligible Purchase shall qualify for a Rebate of 5, 3, 2 or 1%, as follows: 5% for purchases of automobile gas at Costco Gasoline and stand–alone gas stations, excluding gas purchased at warehouse clubs other than Costco, superstores or supermarkets; 3% at restaurants; 2% for travel purchases from airline, lodging, car rental, cruise line, travel agency and tour operators; or 1% on all other Eligible Purchases posted to your account. "Eligible Purchases" include purchases of goods or services, which purchases have not been returned or otherwise rescinded, and are not subject to a credit; it does NOT include fees, Finance Charges, Cash Advances (including the use of checks, automated teller machines, or other means of accessing your Account), Balance Transfers, or adjustments to your Account or the purchase of American Express® Travelers Cheques and American Express Gift Cheques. To receive the Rebate your Account must be in good standing in the month the Rebate coupon is scheduled to be issued and you must present the coupon at a U.S. Costco Warehouse prior to the expiration date stated on the coupon. 10. Express Cash: For U.S. Cardmembers, the fee for each cash transaction shall be the greater of $5.00 or 3% of the cash transaction, with no maximum. The 1% fee on Express Cash and Emergency Check Cashing withdrawals must not exceed the monthly $10,000 limit. Express Cash transactions and fees will not be billed to your Card statement. Withdrawal amounts may vary depending on the ATM network and Cardmember credit and repayment history. If multiple withdrawals are required, a separate transaction fee will be charged. By using the service you are indicating your acceptance of the terms of the Electronic Fund Transfer agreement, which you will receive upon acknowledgement of your enrollment.
