What Kind of Entrepreneur Are You?

Understanding your tendency to overachieve or underachieve can enable you to better manage your small business. Both types of people are equally able to attain the goals they set for themselves as long as they learn how to manage their tendencies. For example, while an overachiever's tendency to jump into projects without hesitation and eagerly take on new work may seem like a recipe for success, they must moderate a tendency to take on too much. On the other hand, underachievers, although they are more likely to put off starting a project, have the knack for carefully determining what is worthy of their time and for foreseeing problems that would broadside an overachiever.

Take the following quiz to help you determine your tendencies in regard to overachievement or underachievement. Based on your answers, you will be provided with tips to help you moderate your tendencies.
